I like his writing style and his ability to keep the action rolling. This is my first time reading Post’s work and I’ll likely pick up another book by him. It’s drastic and life-changing and I just didn’t have that emotional investment. I felt bad for the guy! The two girls at the funeral home - I think I needed more build up of their relationship in order to make what happens towards the end believable. A doctor gone bad just trying to make ends meet and perhaps reconnect with his daughter. There are three protagonists in this book Frank is by far my favorite. Characters are decently developed but I’ll get into that more shortly. The action is paced well and I really dug the mafia vibe throughout. I felt bad for the guy!
